These are Hemp Seeds which have been grown, harvested and sold in accordance with Federal Law and with a WA state Medical Marijuana Prescription. They contain no THC and less than .3% CBG.

The US Farm Bill passed in 2014 allowed states to enact pilot agricultural programs which
enable farmers to legally grow and sell hemp which is low in delta 9-THC. In 2018, the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 ("Farm Bill") was signed into law which removed Industrial Hemp from the Controlled Substances Act. Congress defines Industrial Hemp as: "Cannabis sativa L. and any part of that plant and all derivatives, ex-tracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of not more than .3 percent on a dry weight basis." Passage of this law means that Hemp and Seeds produced in accordance with state law cannot be considered marijuana under the CSA. ONLY THE DELTA 9-THC IS RELEVANT, NOT THC-A. THIS HEMP Seed is WELL BELOW THE MAXIMUM .3% DELTA 9-THC LEVEL ON
DRY WEIGHT BASIS. As such this product is legal to possess and mail in the USA.
